Responsibilities of an Intern

• Interns are responsible for primary & secondary research, analysis and modeling, supporting full-time consulting team members with client work and projects, idea generation, and formulating insights and actionable recommendations to client organizations. Additionally, Interns are actively involved in business and firm development as well as in other activities in the multi-faceted consulting business.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Metis Strategy is looking for a diverse blend of skills and talents in Intern candidates. These include intellectual abilities and curiosity, strong analytical skills, business and technology acumen, resourcefulness and creativity, strong oral and written communication skills, high motivation, entrepreneurial and innovative problem-solving skills, professional integrity, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in an energetic team environment. Candidates should be comfortable using spreadsheet and presentation applications such as MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel. 
• We typically accept applications for our internships during the following timelines: 
  • For Spring and Summer Internships, we accept applications in late September to December of the previous year
  • For Fall Internships, we accept applications in March to May of the same year
