Tim Dickson is the Senior Vice President and Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) at Regal Rexnord, a $6B industrial solutions company, where he leads digital transformation, AI initiatives, and IT strategy to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. Since joining, he has spearheaded AI-powered innovations like RRXy (customer chatbot) and RRXGPT (internal AI assistant), a comprehensive e-commerce overhaul, and enterprise-wide data consolidation. Previously, he served as CIO at Generac Power Systems and held leadership roles at Astreya (Interim CIO & Strategic Consultant), Laureate International Universities (VP, Digital Business Platform), Motorola Solutions (VP, IT Operations – Digital Innovation & Strategy), and Dell (Divisional CIO, Emerging Technologies & User Experience). He began his career at IBM in Raleigh-Durham and is an expert in AI-driven transformation, IT strategy, and enterprise innovation.
