Rob Mills is the Chief Technology, Digital Commerce, and Strategy Officer at Tractor Supply Company, the $12 billion specialty retailer. Prior to joining Tractor Supply, he held CIO roles at Ulta Beauty and Sears and has also served on the board of B&G Foods. Currently serves on the board of B&G Foods and RealTruck. Jen Hartsock is the Chief Information and Digital officer at Cargill, the $165 billion privately held agribusiness corporation, giving products and services to many verticals across the economy. She's previously held the CIO roles at Baker Hughes, GE, and Caterpillar, and she was also recently appointed to the board of directors at Ingersoll Rand.
