Prior to CommScope, he held senior digital and technology leadership roles at Ford, Mazda, and Sun Microsystems. Tim Dickson is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information and Digital Officer at Regal Rexnord, a manufacturer of electric motors and power transmission components with revenues of approximately $6 billion and headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Prior to his current role, Tim was the Chief Information Officer at Generac Power Systems. He's also held digital and technology leadership roles at several major technology firms such as Dell, Motorola, HP, and PayPal.
