Paola Arbour is the Chief Information Officer of Tenet Healthcare, a multinational healthcare services company based in Dallas with 110,000 employees operating 65 hospitals and 475 outpatient centers, with $18 billion in annual revenue. Tenet ranks 142 on the Fortune 500. In her role as CIO, Paola leads IT Strategy and Service for the Tenet Healthcare enterprise, driving service innovation and evolution and quality delivery. Paola’s 30 years of experience in IT operations include her previous roles as president of the ServiceNow business unit at ProV International and vice president of Professional Services Delivery for ServiceNow. Prior to these, Paola led technical and engineering teams at Dell Services and Electronic Data Systems (EDS).
