She actively supports education and diversity, serving on the boards of the Young Black Leadership Alliance and Apparo. Titone is also a member of Evanta’s governing body for CIOs and CISOs.

Pritha Mehra

Pritha Mehra is Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President at USPS, managing one of the largest tech infrastructures in the world. Her team supports 32,000 locations and processes 110 petabytes of data annually, driving USPS’s modernization. With over 35 years at USPS, Mehra has led cloud migration, agile frameworks, and digital innovations generating over $200 million in savings. Previously, she oversaw IT and Mail Entry, capturing $40 billion in revenue. Mehra holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Georgetown. Recognized as a FedScoop Top Boss in IT, she is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a champion of USPS’s digital transformation.
