Poulter develops innovative strategies to leverage technology through the use of data, predictive analytics, social tools, and customer facing digital technologies. Prior to this position, Poulter served as the Chief Information Officer at Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, and before that, she held the same position at GE Capital.
