Lakshman Nathan is the Chief Information Officer of Paramount, one of the world's leading producers of premium entertainment content that connects billions of people in nearly every country in the world and reports $30 billion in annual revenue. In his role, Lakshman owns all corporate systems, most application systems that support the enterprise, all end user technology, and specialized production teams. He has been in his current role for a bit more than a year, and he joined Paramount through the merger of CBS, where he'd previously worked for over 13 years along with the combined company ViacomCBS. He has led a cloud first push at the organization, and he recognized that the merger together with COVID served as catalysts for remarkable transformation. Shubham Mehrish is the Global Vice President of Mars, a privately-held American multinational manufacturer of confectionery, pet food, and other food products as well as a provider of animal care services, with and estimated US$45 billion in annual sales in 2022 according to Forbes. Shubham leads design thinking, artificial intelligence, process automation, advanced analytics, digital demand, data engineering, and platform teams. He has been in his role for a bit more than a year and a half, and with the company for five years. Prior to his time at Mars, Shubham served as a Partner with Metyis consulting, EVP with Antuit, and various other consulting and analytics roles throughout his career.
