Kathy Kay is the CIO of Principal Financial Group, a 142-year-old Fortune 500 global investment management firm. As CIO, Kathy oversees the company's global technology and digital strategies. Prior to her role at Principal, Kathy led PG&E’s IT business and has also held several IT leadership positions with General Motors, Comerica, and SunTrust. Josh McLean is the CIO of World Fuel Services, a nearly $60 billion revenue energy, commodities, and services company. Josh moved from his home country of Australia to Miami, Florida in the US to take on this role and drive a remarkable cultural transformation at the company. Josh joined World Fuel Services in 2018 as a Vice President of Shared Services before that held the role of Digital and Agile Transformation leader at Telstra, an Australian telecommunications company, and various managerial roles at Suncorp, an Australian financial institution.
