Salesforce has been a leader in customer relationship management and beyond and earns more than $31 billion in annual revenue. Juan joined the company as CIO in April of 2022. In his role, he runs internal technology, but he's also customer zero for the company's products. He also acts as an advocate for other CIOs or the company's customers. He joined the company after more than 30 years at UPS, ending his tenure there as Chief Information and Engineering Officer. He's also on the board of The Hershey Company.
