John Winsor is the Executive in Residence at Harvard Business School's Laboratory for Innovation Science, where he focuses on artificial intelligence and workforce transformation strategies. He is the founder and CEO of Open Assembly, a company that provides strategic advising to organizations on co-creating the future of work. John is also an advisor to Harvard Business School's digital initiative and the author of several books, including the best-selling "Baked In" and his latest work, "Open Talent: Leveraging the Global Workforce to Solve Your Biggest Challenges." Previously, John served as the Chief Innovation Officer at Havas, where he led the acquisition of his open advertising agency, Victors & Spoils.
