Frances Frei and Anne Morriss are the bestselling authors of books such as Uncommon Service: How to Win by Putting Customers at the Core of Your Business, Unleashed: The Unapologetic Leader’s Guide to Empowering Everyone Around You, and their latest book Move Fast & Fix Things: The Trusted Leaders Guide to Solving Hard Problems. They also co-host the TED podcast titled Fixable where guests call in to have their workplace problems resolved in 30 minutes or less. Frances is a professor of technology and operations management at the Harvard Business School. She also previously served as Uber's first SVP of leadership and strategy and has been central to the company’s cultural transformation having helped build up the leadership skills at all levels of the organization. Anne is a leadership coach and executive founder of The Leadership Consortium (TLC), a leadership accelerator that develops leadership skills of early-stage tech founders, Fortune 50 executives, and public sector leaders. She also previously served as the CEO of the genetic research company GenePeeks.
