Eben Hewitt is the Chief Information Officer of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, a nearly $6 billion revenue hospitality company. He has held that role for a little less than a year, and during that time, Eben has driven IT to focus on what he refers to as the brilliant basics, including better reliability, scalability, and speed, while improving customer experience at the same time. Prior to his current role, Eben was the Chief Technology Officer of Sabre Hospitality, and before that was the Chief Technology Officer of Choice Hotels. He is also the author of the book Technology Strategy Patterns published by O'Reilly Media in 2018.
