Providing a broad range of integrated logistics solutions for customers in more than 200 countries and territories. In his role, Bala is responsible for leading the company's digital transformation to enhance customer and employee experiences, build digital fluency, and improve organizational agility. He drives the overall strategy, design, development, and execution of UPS's technology and industrial engineering functions. Prior to his current role, Bala was the Chief Digital Officer of AT&T where he led the transformation of customer and employee experiences across all company touchpoints.
