Angela Yochem is the Executive Vice President and Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Novant Health. Headquartered in North Carolina, Novant is an integrated healthcare provider that also serves South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia, employing almost 30,000 people with an operating revenue of $5 billion. Having joined Novant Health in 2018 as EVP and CDO, Angela’s position represents the first-ever digital role for the organization. Prior to joining Novant Health, Angela worked as EVP and CIO of Rent-A-Center and was on the Board of Directors at Rocana. Seemantini Godbole is the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Lowe’s. Headquartered in Mooresville, North Carolina, Lowe’s Home Improvement operates 2,200 stores, employs 300,000 associates, and serves 18 million customers per week. As CIO, Seemantini is not only responsible for running daily operations but also product, innovation, engineering, data, and security functions. Prior to joining Lowe’s, Seemantini was Senior Vice President of Digital Technology at Target.
