Brian Bonner’s Biography
Brian is the Vice-President and Chief Information Officer at Texas Instruments, a $13B semiconductor company with more than 30,000 employees worldwide. Brian also sits on the company’s Strategic Leadership Team.
Prior to his current role, Brian roles included a number of non-IT positions such as Vice-President, Worldwide Mass Marketing and Acquisition Integration at Texas Instruments. He has also held general management, sales, and product development roles and was responsible for product strategy & development as well as revenue generation after joining the company in 1995 as a technical sales engineer.
Prior to joining Texas Instruments, Brian began his career at Chrysler Corporation as an engineer as well.
Brian is an advisory board member for Gemini Israel Funds and Copper Mobile. He has also served as the former board member of the Dallas Museum of Nature and Science and the Midland Chamber of Commerce.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering as well as an MSE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

John is the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of IT for Lifetime Products, the world’s leading manufacturer of blow-molded, polyethylene tables and chairs, headquartered in Clearfield, Utah. He leads a leading edge Global IT environment as well as serves as a key strategic business advisor in reducing total cost of ownership, standardizing on technology, adopting technology to improve mobility & business intelligence, and providing opportunities for employees.
John has won numerous awards, including being named a Top 25 Chief Technology Officer by InfoWorld in 2008 for the ongoing deployment of “Virtual Desktops” throughout Lifetime’s Global IT Network, as well as being named Utah’s CIO of the Year in 2002.
Dan is the Chief Technology Officer at Navistar, Inc., the operating company of Navistar International Corporation, one of the world’s largest truck and engine manufacturers. Dan joined the company in 2008.
As CTO, Dan is responsible for driving innovation and technology capabilities that support Navistar business strategy. This includes simplifying Navistar’s IT environment, integrating core systems and processes, and empowering end users.
Prior to his time at Navistar, Dan spent over 20 years at Andersen Consulting / Accenture as a senior executive in the company’s Technology Services organization working across a variety of industries.
Dan also serves on the boards of Junior Achievement of Chicago, Illinois Institute of Technology’s School of Applied Technology, and the Chicago chapter of the Society of Information Managers.

Vic is Chief Information Officer (CIO) for GE’s Global Growth and Operations organization, where he is responsible for leading IT in delivering process excellence, simplification, collaboration, security and compliance in all non-U.S. markets, with particular emphasis on high-growth markets such as China, India, the Middle East and Brazil. Vic is currently based in Hong Kong.
Prior to his current role, Vic served as CIO for GE Corporate and GE’s Advanced Manufacturing and Software Technology Center. Vic has also served as CIO for GE in India and Southeast Asia, where he was responsible for driving the company’s regional strategy in sourcing, IT and the global development centers. He has also held a series of leadership roles in the areas of information management, e-business and corporate security across several GE businesses including GE Aviation, GE Consumer & Industrial and GE Plastics. Prior to joining GE, Vic held IT positions with Keane Inc., Humana Inc., and Colgate Palmolive.

Michael Del Priore is the Vice President and Global CIO of Church & Dwight. In this role, Michael is responsible for leading the Information Technology function globally by developing the IT strategy and delivering the capabilities required to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.
Prior to his time at Church & Dwight, Michael was Vice President and Global Head of Commercial Operations IT for Roche Pharma. Michael was hired to build a new global organization to support Pharma commercial activities at Roche including Affiliates, Strategic Marketing, and the Life Cycle Teams. In addition, Michael functioned as the IT Region Head for North America.

Prior to joining Terex, Greg spent nearly 16 years at Ford Motor Company, where he held various senior level IT positions in the Engineering and Manufacturing organizations.

Naresh is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Palm, Inc. He has management responsibility for IT strategy and all of the company’s IT assets. Prior to joining Palm, Naresh was responsible for managing Agilent Technologies’ internal enterprise business solutions organization, delivering customer-facing and supply-chain solutions worldwide, resulting in significant savings to the company. He also was instrumental in establishing offshore IT operations and outsourcing services in India.
Naresh started his career at Hewlett-Packard Company, Medical Products Group. He also was instrumental in establishing a joint venture manufacturing center in China.

Joey is Vice-President of Information Technology for Magna International. She has global responsibility for Magna IT and is also chair of the Magna IT Council, which is the governance board for all IT activity within Magna International. Prior to her current position, Joey was Director of IT for Magna Donnelly. She also served as Manager of Global Infrastructure and Manager of Global Support for Donnelly Corporation. Her area of expertise focused on building effective virtual teams to support the global enterprise. Joey has also served as Project Manager and Divisional Manager at Clark Equipment, where she designed and implemented systems for Clark’s international manufacturing facilities and dealer network. Joey’s other experiences include technology and business consultant to Western Michigan University and independent consulting for Fortune 500 corporations and a number of other organizations.

Phaneesh is the Chief Executive Officer at iGATE Corporation. He joined iGATE in 2003 after that company acquired Quintant, an India-based business process outsourcing company that Phaneesh had founded.
iGATE has won several prestigious awards with Phaneesh at the helm, including The Black Book of Outsourcing’s 2008 “50 Best Managed Global Outsourcing Vendors.” iGATE was number six in the knowledge process outsourcing category.

Prior to founding Quintant, Phaneesh held various leadership positions at Infosys, including Head of Global Sales and Marketing from 1995-2002. During his time with the company, Phaneesh oversaw a revenue increase from $2MM to $700MM. Phaneesh was responsible for leading the effort in building the approximately 300 Fortune 1000 relationships that Infosys has, and was responsible for structuring these agreements and contracts.
Phaneesh has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology.
