Denis is the VP of Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) and CIO of the World Bank Group, an international organization and development bank focused on the twin goals of ending extreme Poverty by 2030 and boosting shared prosperity for the bottom 40 percent of population in every country. As CIO, Denis manages the World Bank Group’s information management and information technology portfolio, which is tightly linked with the institutions’ overall strategic direction.
Denis joined the World Bank in 1998, where he has held a variety of leadership positions before ascending to the CIO role.

Gill joined Capital One in January 2016 and has held a variety of leadership roles, most recently as Managing VP Retail and Direct Bank CIO. Prior to Capital One, Gill had technology executive positions at AOL, Curb, and at PayPal.

Taavi is the former CIO of the Estonian Government, which is widely recognized as the most advanced digital society in the world. As CIO, Taavi was the driving force behind many of Estonia’s e-government innovations such as its e-Residency program, which, just two years after launch, offers a transnational digital identity to over 20,000 e-Residents worldwide.
Prior to his four-year term as the Estonian Government CIO, Taavi was the CEO of Nortal (previously Webmedia), one of the largest software development companies in the Baltic States. Taavi was one of Webmedia’s founding members and served as its Chief Development Officer and Managing Director prior to becoming CEO. Taavi serves as Special Advisor to the European Commissioner for Digital Single Market, advising on issues regarding digital single market issues and e-governance. Taavi was named Estonian Entrepreneur of the year in 2011 by Ernst & Young, the European CIO of the year in 2014 by ICT Spring, and the 12th brightest business mind in North-Europe in 2016 by the Nordic Business Forum.
Taavi obtained a Master of Science in Engineering from Tallinn University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Information Technology from the University of Tartu.

General Stanley McChrystal is a retired four-star general. He is the former commander of U.S. and International Security Assistance Forces (ISAF) Afghanistan and the former commander of the premier military counter-terrorism force, Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). He was responsible for developing and implementing the current counter-insurgency strategy in Afghanistan, and for creating a comprehensive counter-terrorism organization that revolutionized the interagency operating culture.
General McChrystal co-founded the McChrystal Group in 2011. The McChrystal Group’s mission is to deliver innovative leadership solutions to American businesses to help them transform and succeed in challenging and dynamic environments.
General McChrystal is a senior fellow at Yale University’s Jackson Institute for Global Affairs where he teaches a course on Leadership in Operation. He sits on the boards of Navistar International Corporation and JetBlue Airways. He is also the chair of Service Year Alliance, which advocates for a year of service for every young American.
General McChrystal earned a Bachelor of Science from West Point and is a graduate of the U.S. Naval War College. He has completed fellowships at Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and at the Council on Foreign Relations.

Terry Bradwell’s Biography
Terry Bradwell is the Chief Enterprise Strategy and Innovation Officer of AARP, a non-profit advocacy organization with an annual revenue of $1.5 billion. Terry is responsible for strategic planning, corporate relations, and an innovation lab.
Terry previously served as AARP’s Chief Information Officer where he transformed the IT organization from a “cost center” to a “value center.” Prior to joining AARP, Terry was a principal for IBM’s Media and Entertainment practice and a solution delivery executive for Gaming-Technologies Corporation.

Bill Peduto’s Biography
Mayor Peduto is the 60th Mayor of Pittsburgh, a position he has held since 2014. While in office, he has been an advocate of ride sharing transportation throughout the city, most notably being Uber’s recent pilot autonomous car program. Through his time as an elected official and a resident, Mayor Peduto has been able to see Pittsburgh transform into a city driven by technology.
Prior to being elected city executive, Mayor Peduto served as a member of the Pittsburgh City Council where he chaired the Committee on General Services, Technology and the Arts. He also oversaw the City Information Systems department, the Cable Bureau and the Art Commission on Council during his time on the City Council.
Mayor Peduto earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Penn State University and a master’s degree in public policy and management from the University of Pittsburgh.

Susan has been the Chief Information Officer of the International Monetary Fund since 2012. In November 2015 she was named to head the newly created Information Technology Department at the IMF. Prior to joining the IMF, Susan served in the U.S. State Department and was its CIO from 2008 to 2012, leading the delivery of IT services to 280 Embassies, Consulates, and offices in 185 countries.

Stephanie began her career at the World Bank in 1992, serving in a variety of roles, including CIO for the International Finance Corporation, Manager for IFC General Manufacturing Investments in Russia and the former Soviet republics, and Manager for IFC’s Global Telecommunications Portfolio, among other roles.
Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. She received her Master of Arts from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, also at the University of Pennsylvania.

Amy Doherty’s Biography
Amy Doherty is the Chief Information Officer of AARP, Inc. a membership organization for people age 50 and over that operates as a non-profit advocate for its members and is one of the most powerful lobbying groups in the United States. Amy started with AARP in 2011, originally as Vice President of Customer Service & Solution Delivery, before rising to interim CIO and eventually gaining the position on a permanent basis.

Ron Ross’ Biography
Ron Ross is a Fellow at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, a non-regulatory agency of the U.S. Department of Commerce. NIST’s mission is to promote U.S. innovation and industrial competitiveness by advancing measurement science, standards, and technology in ways that enhance economic security and improve our quality of life.
Ron’s role at NIST is in the information technology laboratory, where he leads the Federal Information Security Management Act Implementation Project. He is also the principal architect of the NIST Risk Management Framework, and leads the joint taskforce between the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, and the Committee on National Security Systems that developed the Unified Information Security Framework for the federal government.
Ron held previous roles at the Institute for Defense Analysis and as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army.
Ron received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from West Point, his Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School, and his PhD in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School.
