David Trone’s Biography
David is the Co-Founder and Co-Owner, with his brother Robert Trone, of Total Wine and More, a $3 billion alcohol retail company.
In 2016, David campaigned for the Democratic nominaiton in Maryland’s 8th Congressional Distrcit. His unsuccessful bid for the House seat was notable, in part, because David ran an entirely self-financed campaign.
David and his wife run the David and June Trone Family Foundation whose beneficiaries include education, health care, and civil liberties organizations. David serves on the boards of American University and the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra.

Terry West’s Biography
Terry West is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Performance Food Group (PFG), a role he has held for nearly six years. With annual revenues of $16 billion, PFG is one of the nation’s largest foodservice distributors.
Prior to joining the company, Terry was the Vice President of Information Technology for ConAgra Foods. During his ten years there, he was instrumental in leading the consolidation, centralization and standardization of the company’s information systems and services organization.
Terry also served in the U.S. Army for nearly 21 years. Mike Macrie is the Chief Information Officer of Land O’Lakes, a $15 billion agricultural- cooperative. In that role, Mike is responsible for leading the organization’s digital transformation while overseeing the operations of information technology. Through his work at Land O’Lakes, Mike was awarded the Forbes CIO Innovation Award.
Prior to joining Land O’Lakes, Mike worked for Ingersoll Rand where he was the Vice President of Software Architecture and Strategy. Mike also held positions at G5 Technologies and AlliedSignal Aerospace (Honeywell).

Mark Dajani’s Biography

Jon Harding’s Biography
Jon is the Global CIO of Conair Corporation, a multi-billion dollar company focused on small appliances, personal care products, and health and beauty products for professionals and consumers. Jon has worldwide responsibility for the company’s IT in support of both day-to-day operations and future business growth.
Before joining Conair, Jon was director of IT for the U.S. Snacks Division of Kellogg Company (formerly the Keebler Company) that Kellogg’s acquired in 2001. Prior to 2001, he held various IT leadership positions within the U.K. and European subsidiaries of Kellogg’s. From 1999 – 2001, he was the overall leader of a major business process and system change initiative for Kellogg’s Europe.

Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, Ramón served as chief information officer for Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc. He previously served as chief information officer and vice president of information technology for Honeywell International Automation and Control Solutions group. Ramón began his business career at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Over the course of 25 years, he assumed increasing responsibility for information services and data management, leading to his being named chief information officer for its electronic systems sensors sector.
Ramón is a member of the Information Technology and Operations Management (ITOM) Advisory Board for the SMU-Cox School of Business, and in 2009, he was elected by the Texas State Senate to serve as a director for the Department of Information Resources for the state.
